3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Domestic (India): 3–7 business days depending on location.
International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.
Shipping carriers may include India Post, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other trusted logistics partners.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Domestic (India): All applicable taxes are included in the purchase price.

7. Risk of Loss & Damage
All shipments are made with risk of loss and damage passing to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Where available, shipments may require a signature on delivery for security.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather disruptions, or carrier backlogs.
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or refusal by the customer, reshipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an international shipment is returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or non-collection, a refund (minus shipping charges and any return fees) may be issued once the package is received back.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
