Return & Refund Policy

At Ballia Corpus, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on lyonsbarry.in.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • General Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Products:

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

    • For nutraceuticals and cosmetics, once opened or used, items are non-returnable due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations (this is standard across many jurisdictions).

    • Items marked “Final Sale” or promotional freebies are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used nutraceuticals, supplements, or cosmetics.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.

  • Items not purchased directly from lyonsbarry.in.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer).

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days, but exact timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at care@lyonsbarry.in within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. International Orders

  • Customers outside India must comply with their local import/customs laws.

  • Return shipping from international destinations must be arranged and paid for by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
