Prabhakara Vati is a herbal Ayurvedic medicine used to treat heart-related problems. It contains ingredients like Shuddha Shilajit, Abhrak Bhasma, Swarna Makshika Bhasma, Loha Bhasma, and Arjuna Swarasa which help in maintaining heart health.

According to Ayurveda, Prabhakara Vati has a Hridya (cardiac tonic) property which aids in improving the strength of cardiac muscles, thereby keeping healthy heart function. Certain Ayurvedic ingredients present in Prabhakara Vati manage Vata Dosha which may help in controlling high blood pressure. It also has Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) properties which remove accumulated bad cholesterol and maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. However, it should be kept in mind that scientific research on Prabhakar Vati is very limited, so it is advised to be used after consulting a doctor. You can take 1-2 tablets of Prabhakar Vati or as directed by the physician to manage heart conditions. Take it once or twice a day, preferably after meals. Avoid self-medication or taking Khadiradi Vati in excess.

Not much scientific information is available about the side effects caused by the use of Prabhakar Vati.
